Questions chores in my reading
What is the pre-GA version of a product ?
How can I track follow-on versions of the prouct ?
This question implies that whenever i have my hands on any pdf i must check if the pdf i am about to read has any follow on version , if it has i must ensure that i am reading the most relevent pdf.
"Summary of Changes for SG24-6160-01for Self-Service Applications using IBM WebSphere V4.0 and IBM MQSeriesIntegrator as created or updated on February 8, 2002."
This piece of information in the current pdf i am reading, reflects the importance of pdf names like SG24-6160-01.I need to know how to break up this name and what information it carries.
I need to know what all information can be made available through International Technical Support Organization (IBM Corporation).Please find and update here.
In order to be productive one must enhance his knowlege of Patterns for e-business.A mapping of one's current Production environment to these patterns shall help him to resue his knowlege of current project in future projects.

My remark: Every programmer has his written programs (reusable assets) in his mail id'.
Following lines reflct the importance of patterns for any programmer who aspires to be bussinessman one day
"The patterns are designed to meet 80% of most common customer requirements. If you use the patterns within a structured development methodology, you can extend their scope to meet almost all of your customer's requirements. Note also that, where IBM products are listed as part of pattern implementations, IBM products are not the only solution option."

What is PDK-Lite Version 3.0

The Patterns for e-business Development Kit Lite (PDK Lite) is a complete, self-configuring, end-to-end skeleton Web application in one self-extracting package. PDK Lite is currently offered in 3 versions for implementing various Self-Service solution designs.
Version 2.0 implements User-to-Business Topology 1 (now updated to Self-Service::Stand-Alone Single Channel) using WebSphere Application Server Advanced Edition Version 3.5. It does not support the use of Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs).
PDK Lite Version 3.0 uses Websphere Application Server Advanced Edition Version 4.0 to implement the Stand-Alone Single Channel application pattern, and does support the use of EJBs.
Version 4.1 implements both a Stand-Alone Single Channel solution, and a Directly-Integrated Single Channel solution, and features the use of JCA, JMS, and Web Services technology to implement the Directly-Integrated Single Channel application pattern.
PDK Lite Version 5.0 uses WebSphere Application Server V5.0 to implement the Stand-Alone Single Channel application pattern and the Directly Integrated Single Channel application pattern. It demonstrates use of Web services,J2EE Connectors,and JMS integration technologies.

Structure of my bussiness thoughts
I need to give a structure to my bussiness thoughts.For this I need to capture my thoughts and efforts .Writing this piece is an implementation in this direction.
In bussiness most important is to raise your level of resourcefulness.
For an IT person 2 things are important to become resourceful
a) Quality of relationship
b) Knowlege of information availability.
a) Quality of relationship :- Quality of relationship is build with time as
we build our career.This requirs one to be beautiful in fields other than his career .In short,possesion of soft skills.
b) Knowlege of information availability :-Information availability is the ability to make the piece of information available as and when needed.
